The LOFT welcomes back Zoë Flowers, founder and CEO of SoulRequirements.org to be a part of the center's LGBT POC Peer Support Group on Monday, June 8th at 7pm. In addition to being a writer, poet, playwright, certified Reiki Master, and healer, many LOFT members met Zoë at our Valentine's Social in her role as an Intuitive Reader.

As part of Westchester Pride Inside, The LOFT celebrates the strength, tenacity and resilience of our queer and TGNCNB communities of color. We believe in the power of community to face difficult times together but also realize safe spaces need to be created for those whose challenges and struggles are unique to their journeys. The LOFT has invited Zoë to hold space with our group participants because she affirms that the presence of spiritual healing is integral to our movement.

After 20 years in the non-profit arena, she is committed to supporting others in healing their bodies, minds and spirits by providing Community Healing Services through her Healing Institute. The LOFT is committed to creating a space that is healing and we encourage members of the LGBT POC communities to join us and Zoë on June 8th.

Learn more about Zoë Flowers through the links below and always remember to , in Zoe's poetic terms "embrace your soul requirements"

Drag Queen Story Hour | with Shay D'Pines & Angel Elektra
Saturday, June 20, 2020 | 11am
Hosted on Zoom & Facebook Live

Drag Queen Story Hour (DQSH) is just what it sounds like—drag queens reading stories to children in libraries, schools, and bookstores. DQSH captures the imagination and play of the gender fluidity of childhood and gives kids glamorous, positive, and unabashedly queer role models. In spaces like this, kids are able to see people who defy rigid gender restrictions and imagine a world where people can present as they wish, where dress up is real.

Open to families with children
No adults without children will be permitted.
